  • Express Shipping: Delivered in 1-2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days from processing.
  • Express Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 1-2 business days from processing.

Delivery times may vary due to factors like location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances such as holidays or weather conditions.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location within India. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500.

 

4. Shipping Zones

We currently ship only within India, covering all states and union territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website (e.g., India Post, FedEx, Delhivery, or other local couriers).

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

9. Special Notes

  • All products, including our organic honey and gift packs, are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Diwali), delivery times may be slightly extended due to high demand.
