Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our organic honey products, we do not accept returns except in cases where items are damaged during shipping or expired upon receipt. Please review the details below for our return process.

Damaged or Expired Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged or defective due to shipping (e.g., broken jars).
The item is expired or otherwise unfit for consumption.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund. You may need to provide photos of the damaged or expired item for verification.

Return Process

Contact Us: Email us at beesnbitesofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue (e.g., damage or expiration).
Evaluation: We will review your request within 7 business days and provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable.
Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide a return shipping label or arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods like organic honey, except as noted above (damaged or expired).
Sale items or gift packs (e.g., Diwali 4x100gm gift pack).
Gift cards.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at beesnbitesofficial@gmail.com.
